||unity-dev|| Unity 2.0.3: new build ready for testing

hi all,
we now have a build to distribute for testing. it addresses the policy 
file issue described here:

we have a little clean-up to do, but functionally this could be the 
final 2.0.3 release if no problems are uncovered in the testing phase.

if you would like a copy of the new build, please email unity at moock.org 
off-list with the subject: [UNITY 2.0.3 TEST]

note that the new build writes quite a lot of debugging output to the 
log. be sure to keep an eye on your log's file size if you have heavy 
traffic. for now, we prefer you to test at level DEBUG in case we have 
any troubleshooting to do.
