||unity-dev|| setting up policy file service under port 1024

Hi all,

I've been following the directions from http://www.moock.org/unity/docs/server/policyserver.html to setup my policy file. It works great until I try to set the policy port to something under 1024 at which point I get this in the unity server log.txt file

2007-06-25 15:38:55,428 ERROR - Service PolicyFileService could not be loaded: Permission denied


I'm running Unity 2 under linux (and maybe this is a linux issue?).

I'm trying to set the policy port below 1024 because the above directions say the policy port must be under 1024 to open ports below 1024.  Any help is appreciated.
