My 2 cents...

I've taken a look at Fox Server and their support for ActionScript 3 is
mostly targeted at Flex right now.  They have some support coming for Flash
apparently (also there is no demo code for Flash + AS3, so your on your own
there).  I don't think its too bad of a server, but their pricing is very
steep.

I like Unity and I'm comfortable with the direction it's going - also who
better to write the AS3 stuff than Mr. ActionScript himself ;-)  I've used
Unity 2 before and it was dead easy to develop against.

My copy finally shipped!  Can't wait to get it.  It's well over 700 pages
too!
