You wouldn't need the Flash client with the model to run on the server. You
could run that client on any machine and have it send the data through Unity to
other clients.
If you really want something running on the server, you can write it in pretty
much any language. I use a perl script to send data to Unity for distribution to
Flash clients. If you have questions on how to set that up, I can give you more
information.
