Just thought I would let you know I have made some changes to  
meanwhile and I have added server side encoding
of video and audio.

Please visit and try uploading stuff

Current Features:
Upload any size jpeg (will be resized and displayed)
Upload any video or audio (will be reencoded and displayed)
Upload any SWF (will be converted to 25fps and played)
All Uploaded have a upload progress bar and are done within Flash !
