/**

 */
i'll be talking about multiuser computing next week at the new york flash
forward. hope to see some of you there! if you can't make it, you can take a
look at my lecture notes here:
http://moock.org/webdesign/lectures/sharedUserExperiences

/**
 * bldoc, as2 documentation generator
 */
chafic kazoun and sam neff over at b-line express have a great documentation
generator for actionscript 2 in development. it's called "bldoc," presumably
named after the well known javadoc system. i've been using an alpha version
to create documentation for the next version of Unity, and i'm really
impressed by the results and the flexibility. more info here:
http://www.rewindlife.com/archives/000124.cfm

/**
 * new Unity service provider
 */
ever think of building multiuser content with Unity (www.moock.org/unity),
but didn't know how to set the server up or didn't have an ISP that would
host the server? you now have two Unity hosting options that will take care
of all that for you. in the states, FlashTampa already offers great Unity
hosting service (www.flashtampa.com). now europe has its own Unity service
provider: UConnected. lots of info here:
http://www.uconnected.co.uk/

/**
 * wefail launches facing new york
 */
so lovely:

/**
 * new european flash conference
 */
barcelona will soon be host to a new european flash conference. see:
http://www.flasheurope.com/

/**
 * easier than SharedObject
 */
love saving data to disk, but hate the SharedObject api? read this:
http://moock.org/asdg/technotes/saveDataToDisk/

/**
 * consolidating data providers
 */
learn how to add items to, and remove items from, a List component without
disturbing the user's selection:
http://moock.org/asdg/technotes/consolidateProviders/

that'll do it for now...
