MOOCKMARKS
>> last uploaded dec 28, 2005

new sites are at the bottom of each category. moockmarks are also as a single netscape bookmarks file. (note: right now i'm leaving in dead links for historical purposes. one day i might overhaul everything and add an option to not view dead links.)

- dhtml

* index dot html
an exhaustive list of html tags and their attributes.
* webcoder.com
dhtml/javascript articles.
* netscape's dhtml manual
docs for using dhtml in netscape by the browser maker.
* netscape's devedge: dhtml
technotes on dhtml problems, and a good group of solid reference dhtml implementations with explanations.
* web review's dhtml centre
dozens of solid articles on using dhtml with sample code and issues discussed. also dhtml news. great articles on ie's custom css filters (special effects).
* html guru: dynamic html resource
an all around good place to find tutorials, community development, and references for dhtml. some neat, creative stuff. maintained by jeff rouyer.
* dynamic drive dhtml code library
free cut'n'paste scripts to do most common dhtml tasks. Nicely written scripts that are easy to use.
* assembler.org
a bunch of dhtml experiments in motion, menus, and draggable objects. nicely designed...retro video game style. by brent gustafson.
* vir2l
an agressive use of dhtml to create an application-style full screen interface. promotional site for vir2l, a web design company. nice to look at, interesting to see someone pushing so hard to actually produce something that lives up to the potential of dhtml. still a tad clunky and produces the occassional error, but hey, you've got to hand it to them for even trying...
* the DynAPI project
dan steinman's open source, cross-browser dhtml code libraries. solid stuff--widgets for everything from scrollbars to layers to sounds.
